Full-Time Cabinet Installer
The Cabinet Installer’s primary responsibility is to install custom cabinets, laminate countertops, marble tops, mantels and other specialty woodworking pieces at job sites, ensuring accurate measurements and proper installation using hand and power tools. They will also communicate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in cabinet or millwork installation, minimum 2 years
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
- Excellent measurement and math skills
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid and clean driver’s license and reliable transportation REQUIRED
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40-50 per week
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:30-4:40pm, Fridays 6:30-12pm
Full-Time Cabinet Builder
The Cabinet Builder’s primary responsibility is to construct cabinets precisely to specifications and shop drawings, while maintaining efficiency throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Construct cabinets with precision and efficiency, including putting frames together, cutting and processing parts, gluing up parts, sanding, edge banding, building drawer boxes, doors and drawer fronts, building mantles and other specialty products.
- Assist in hanging doors and setting drawers as needed.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shop.
- Assist in the maintenance of shop machinery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Carpentry, cabinet, and woodworking skills
- Experience with various tools and machinery used in the woodworking industry
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and parts lists
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in woodworking is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40-45 per week
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm, Fridays 6:30am-12pm
