Full-Time Cabinet Installer
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Cabinet Installer to join our installation team. This role includes installing custom cabinets in new homes and remodel projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and a clean finished product. The Cabinet Installer reports to the Lead Installer and plays a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship on-site.
Responsibilities
- Install custom cabinets on job sites
- Read and interpret layouts, plans, and CAD drawings
- Use hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Scribe, trim, adjust, and finish cabinetry to meet project standards
- Communicate with builders, homeowners, and internal team members
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
- Ensure installations meet Westwind Woodworkers’ quality expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cabinet, millwork, or finish carpentry installation experience
- Strong measurement and math skills
- Ability to read and interpret frame sheets and blueprints
- Proficiency using hand and power tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds

Full-Time Cabinet Builder
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Cabinet Builder to join our growing team. We build high-quality custom cabinetry for new homes and remodels and are looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, dependable and eager to learn and grow within the woodworking industry. This position works in our production shop and plays an important role in building high-quality custom cabinetry and specialty products that meet Westwind Woodworker’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Build custom cabinets with accuracy and efficiency
- Assemble cabinet boxes, frames, drawer boxes, doors and drawer fronts
- Cut and process parts according to specifications
- Glue, sand, edge band, and prepare materials for assembly
- Assist in hanging doors and setting drawers as needed
- Operate hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Assist with basic maintenance and care of shop machinery
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Woodworking, cabinetry, carpentry, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow parts lists and shop instructions
- Proficiency using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Cabinet Finisher to join our team. This position plays an important role in preparing and finishing custom cabinetry and millwork to meet our quality standards. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, works well in a team environment, and understands the importance of precision and attention to detail in a custom woodworking shop. Previous finishing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pre-finish cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, and trim with accuracy and efficiency
- Sand, clean, stain, spray, and inspect materials prior to finishing
- Perform touch-up work and finish preparation as needed
- Ensure color consistency and quality throughout the finishing process
- Bundle and organize trim and materials for pickup or delivery
- Help load cabinets and assist with hanging doors or setting drawers when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe finishing area
- Ensure finished products meet Westwind Woodworkers’ quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
